Shipping/Return Policy:

All consumable goods are shipped within 24 hours based on availability, and equipment orders are shipped within 24-48 hours based on availability.

Shipping costs are calculated by the weight of items in your cart and are generated automatically at the time of check out. Equipment orders needing ground freight are also calculated automatically at check out.

If you are not satisfied with your order and need to make a return, please contact us.

**PLEASE NOTE: We only accept returns that come back defect-free in their original packaging.

If you receive a damaged shipment, do not accept it. Contact your shipping company as soon as possible to handle your return.
